4 PORTIONS

  • 14.1 oz pasta

  • 2.8 oz butter

  • 14 oz seafood

  • pepper

  • parsley

  • TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt

  • 2.8 oz TARTUFI SR Black truffle tartufata

  • TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil

  • 8 leaves of fresh TARTUFI SR Black truffles

While the pasta is cooking, fry the seafood on the butter. Then add pepper, TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt and finely chopped parsley. When the seafood is ready, add one ladle of water in which pasta was cooking and TARTUFI SR Black truffle tartufata. Strain the finished pasta and add it to the sauce. Serve the dish with fresh leaves of TARTUFI SR Black truffles and a few drops of TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil.
