1 kg of crookneck pumpkin

2 carrots

4 cloves of garlic

1 bay leaf

30 g pumpkin seeds

100 ml ml sour cream

40 ml TARTUFI SR White truffle olive oil

TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt

1,5 l water
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry together with garlic, onion, and carrot in TARTUFI SR olive oil with white truffle flavor. When the vegetables are soft, pour water, add the pepper, TARTUFFI SR sea salt with black truffles and bay leaf. Boil the pumpkin for 20 minutes. After cooking, remove the bay leaf and mix all the ingredients with a blender. Serve potage in a few bowls, add sour cream and pumpkin seeds.
