  • 1.7 oz corn flour

  • 1.7 oz smoked paprika

  • 0.5 oz TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt

  • 20 ml TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil

  • TARTUFI SR Black truffle ketchup

Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into slices, and put them in cold water. Then mix the corn flour, and ground red pepper, roll in the potatoes, and cover with TARTUFI SR olive oil with black truffle flavor.
Arrange the potatoes on baking paper in a tray and sprinkle with TARTUFI SR sea salt with black truffles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c (392 F) for 20 minutes. Serve crispy potatoes with TARTUFI SR ketchup with black truffles.
