  • 1.7 oz corn flour

  • 1.7 oz smoked paprika

  • 0.5 oz TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt

  • 20 ml TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil

  • TARTUFI SR Black truffle ketchup

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Put them into cold water.

Dry the potatoes and coat them with the mixture of corn flour, smoked paprika, and then drizzle them with TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil.  Arrange the potatoes on baking paper on a tray and sprinkle with TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392 F) for 20 minutes or until crispy.

Serve with TARTUFI SR Black truffle ketchup.
