OMELET

15 min 4 persons easy to make
Ingredients:
· 8 eggs
· 200g mushrooms
· 50g butter
· Tartufi SR Sea Salt with
black truffle
· 40g Tartufi SR Carpaccio
Black truffle
· 4 slices of Tartufi SR Goat
Cheese with black truffle
· pepper
Directions:
Put on warmed butter eggs, add previously chopped mushrooms, then season with Sea Salt with black truffles and pepper. Serve eggs with Goat Truffle Cheese, lettuce, corn bread. For complete enjoyment sprinkle Carpaccio black truffle leaves.
