CHICKEN SALAD

  • 14 oz chicken breast fillet

  • 2 apples

  • 7 oz arugula

  • 7 oz carrots

  • 7 oz corn salad

  • pepper

  • TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt

  • 30 ml TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil spray

  • 20 ml TARTUFI SR Modena white truffle balsamico spray

  • 30 ml TARTUFI SR White truffle olive oil

Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and season it with the pepper and TARTUFI SR Black truffle sea salt and then fry. While the meat cools off, cut the apples into slices and grate the carrots. When the meat is cooled off, mix all the ingredients together and spray it with the TARTUFI SR Black truffle olive oil and TARTUFI SR Modena white truffle balsamico. If you like a more intensive taste, use the TARTUFI SR White truffle olive oil instead.
